My husband and I had a lovely impromptu getaway at this hotel. The room was spacious and had an amazing view of the mountains and Kootenay Lake from the balcony. The hot tub was a nice touch, providing a perfect place to unwind. However, the spa resort title seemed a bit misleading as there were limited amenities available during our visit, especially in the winter. While we enjoyed our stay overall, a more varied breakfast and better room descriptions would enhance the experience.
